David Nevin is a senior consultant, executive coach, and professional facilitator with over twenty years of experience helping professionals and organizations develop global leadership and communication skills. He provides professional services across the Asia Pacific region.
David’s expertise is rooted in international conflict management, and he has applied mediation best practices to improve the effectiveness of teams worldwide. By fostering active and constructive debate, rather than avoiding confrontation, David helps to unlock a team’s full creative potential.
David designs and delivers global leadership development programs and intercultural communication workshops in Tokyo, New York, Shanghai, Seoul, Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Honolulu. He also designs and facilitates leadership training programs, including train-the-trainer and coach-training programs to enhance internal capacities.
David takes a solutions-focused approach, starting with a clear vision of the project’s success and working backwards to develop strategies that achieve those outcomes. He is also tool-agnostic, meaning he customizes his methods and frameworks to suit the unique needs of each client, ensuring that the approach is tailored to the specific challenges and goals of the organization.
